ABOUT
Ken grew up in a very rural community known as "Dryhollow", near the town of Dickson, Tennessee. His father worked hard in the fields to grow vegetables for them to eat, while his mother worked a full-time job in a shirt factory in Dickson.
Ken's parents were separated when he was six years old. This threw the rearing of the youngest of six children directly on the shoulders of his mother. His mother not only taught him the way to live a respectable life, but more importantly, she showed him in her deeds and actions. Ken spent six years in the U. S. Air Force and after discharge, entered the insurance industry where he remained for over 30 years. For the past 12 years, he has pursued his writing career by helping small and larges businesses establish trust and credibility in their brands. Ken became personally involved in domestic violence due to a request for help from a close friend. Since that time he has become active in helping to promote awareness and understanding of the domestic violence problem. He maintains a blog at domestic-violence-effects.blogspot.com. Ken lives in Tennessee with his wife and their two Chihuahuas. He has four amazing kids who have blessed his life with 13 fantastic grand kids. Ken is a student of the Bible and is a spiritual thinker who has the ability to write about spiritual living in ways that inspire people to trust life more fully. He is passionate about helping people discover true purpose and making the journey of walking life's road the best it can be. He is a accomplished freelance writer and the co-author of the popular book, "Writing Better Web Content". He likes to travel, enjoys watching a good golf tournament, and is a self-taught artist. He likes to use his God-given talents on anything creative. |

“Tomorrow is the most important thing in life. Comes into us at midnight very clean. It's perfect when it arrives and it puts itself in our hands. It hopes we've learned something from yesterday.”
